Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I’ve been doing her exercises for homework every day and each week my injuries or imbalances get slightly better. She’s very hands on knows how to work the body to release tension. I’ve leaned so much about my body in the short time I’ve worked with her. I felt comfortable … More asking her questions and dance, flexibility, stretching and more. Sarah is also very personable as we’ve had many conversations about our sports during the session - time just flies by. I am very happy with the progress I’ve made, and I feel ready and equipped to start dancing again after working with Sarah. She also makes herself available outside of session through the portal which is so helpful! Highly recommend Sarah!!!

I am not surprised to see only 5-star reviews, Stamford PT is incredible! Sarah is a wonderful and highly-skilled therapist. Sessions are spent entirely one-on-one with education, instruction/practice of exercises, and hands-on treatment. Sarah took her time to fully understand the context and root cause of my pain and … More to address all of my concerns. I felt relief after the first session! I highly recommend Stamford Physical Therapy

I worked with Sarah after my foot surgery (for Morton’s Neuroma). She was knowledgeable, kind, and absolutely excellent at her job. I never dreaded going to the sessions, and I would have continued indefinitely! The results were excellent. I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough.

Sarah quickly found and treated the root cause of hand pain I'd had for over a year, getting me back to normal in a matter of weeks! I'd highly recommend Stamford PT, especially if it feels like nothing else has worked.
I finally decided to go to Stamford PT after over a year of pain in my fingers on both hands
… More and both of my wrists. I had previously seen my primary care provider, a physiatrist, an online physical therapist, an in-person physical therapist, and an occupational therapist. At the very best they provided me with slow and simple progress but failed to "cure" me because no one knew or could address the root cause. So I called Stamford PT and over the phone Shani quickly convinced me that Sarah would be different, and she was right!
Unlike past evaluations I had, this was a full hour where Sarah was dedicated to listening and engaging with me to make sure she fully understood what was going on. It was also clear that she and Shani communicate with each other well, so Sarah already came prepared with the info from my phone call with Shani. Even if she already had a clear understanding of what was going on, Sarah made sure I felt like I had been heard and also understood her. She spent the last 20 minutes of the evaluation on manual therapy and just from that one brief session I had already noticeably improved. I went back for two more sessions, which were both an hour of one-on-one manual therapy, that quickly made me feel more normal than any other time since the pain started - it felt like a miracle!
Because of this, I decided to go back for one more appointment to get help for pain I was having in my knees, which had been improving but more slowly than I'd hoped. She did another evaluation and gave me a new routine to follow that has really sped up the pain relief, so much so that I ended up cancelling my follow-up because I was doing too well! I can't thank Sarah enough for essentially giving me my life back!
